WHO ARE WE?
We discovered the beauty of Sri Lanka two years ago and we got a summer holiday house called The Chill House in the south. We want to spend several weeks in a year there and
if the house is not occupied, we would like to offer our private accommodation for rent to our friends, acquaintances or strangers. The holiday Chill house is waiting for you to fall in love with it! You can find there comfortable accommodation, a splendid atmosphere for a group of friends, family or couples and for those who are searching for suitable accommodation in Sri Lanka. Although the location is private, remote and away from busy tourist resorts, it is still walking distance to civilization.
Take advantage of The Chill House as the base camp to explore the island and to enjoy many really striking experiences.

ACTIVITIES AND TRIPS
ACCOMODATION
We offer accommodation and facilities in the Chill House, a detached bungalow providing complete privacy, which makes it a perfect choice to spend a holiday in. It is situated a bit less than a mile from Unawatuna beach in a suburb of the town of Galle.
It is located in a quiet, narrow alley and far enough from the Matara road so that you wouldn’t be disturbed by the traffic.
Unawatuna, Wijaya and Jungle beaches, temples, sea turtle farms, the town of Galle, Handunugoda tea factory and many more places of interest are within reach (for more see ACTIVITIES AND TRIPS).
We rent the Chill House as a whole to groups of up to six persons, with the possibility to provide two extra beds and/or a baby bed.
CLIMATE AND SEA SURFACE TEMPERATURE
The climate is tropical, warm and wet, which is, however, affected by two monsoons in a year – Yala, which lasts from May to August and brings about heavy rains to the Southern, Western and Central parts of the island; it is followed by dry season lasting from December to March.
